I'm going to ask a statistics question: will unemployment #'s be affected at all because of Obama's executive order on illegal immigrants?

Take for instance Tucson @ 3.7% or Phoenix @ 3.3% but when Yuma @ 15.7% is factored in it ups the overall state unemployment rate.
